I look and feel so much better. If we didn’t have the class at G & K, I’d really struggle finding time to work out!

I like the class and it is convenient, the cariety of muscles worked and having someone push me is the main thing I have gained from participating in the class.
I have gained strength!!
I never know what to expect and I enjoy going something good for me! I’ve gained upper body strength; more flexibility; stress reliever; just plain fun!
I feel so much stronger when I attend class! Shannon you take a grueling task: make it fun- you are incredible! I have gained muscle definition, I have also met people from G & K that I wouldn’t have without class!
As you know I try to do cardio outside of class, but I the cardio you do between sets because it kicks my butt and is a good reminder that I would be in better shape. As discussed I need more nutrition help. Just the little suggestions like sugar should NOT be one of the 1st ingredients (took me forever at the grocery store this week) so I am not looking for a major overhaul just a few little tweaks.
So right now I have replaced pop with green tea- I did find packets to put into bottled water with no sugar or aspertain. I bought plain yogurt (no sugar) and i am going to try the shake mix you have.
Another few years with you and I will have the body I have been wanting!
Shannon- You kick my butt everyday in class and it’s working! I feel great about my body and love staying in shape.
You make the class fun and always offer motivation! I like when you push us, but also to give us modification options!
You’re doing great! Keep up the good work and I’ll never stop coming to class.
The variety we have now is great! Don’t change a thing . I’m getting abs!! Also made some friends, which can be hard when you’re a newbie to a class! Thank you!
