PERSONAL TRAINING

BZBodyFitness provides top quality personal training in the studio at Champions Hall, or in your home at your convenience.

Personal training is great to keep you motivated, and to ensure you do not hit the mid month gym slump! With full attention on your goals,  we will push you to reach levels you never thought you could. Using the Polar Cardio Coaching® system will guarantee results, and ensure you are working to your potential. Custom designed programs will have you tracking your workouts and calories to maximize RESULTS!

One On One Training

If you are looking for the one on one, personal touch then look no further. All the focus is on you, with individual programs designed specific to your needs. We will take the time to evaluate your goals and desires and compile a sustainable and achievable plan to ensure you reach your perfect results. Whether you are looking for weight loss, improved strength, or general fitness gains we are here to guide and encourage you. Initial assessments will guide the goal setting, and regular re-assessments will keep the program on track.

Small Group Training

If you would rather train with a friend, colleague or even some competition, BZBodyFitness also provides training sessions for small groups of 2-6 people. Some find that they work to their best with some friendly support and the hint of friendly competition! Although you will be in a small group you will still have an individualized program and we will work with you on your independent aspirations together!

Team Training

For a fun, social and challenging work out why not try our Team training? Team training is a class with goals set and RESULTS guaranteed for each session!  Lead by a certified trainer, you will complete circuits of cardio, strength, core, while having fun challenging balance, agility and speed. Sessions are 45 minutes long, with results given at the end. You will still monitor, and work within your Polar Cardio Coaching® zones. Class is limited to 20 people.
